Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods;

  • or, in the case of multiple goods from a single order that are delivered separately, on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail or letter).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

The repayment will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective or otherwise provided for by law.

Compensation for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Products may only be tested to the extent that would be possible in a physical retail store.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or may expire prematurely as provided by law, in particular for:

  • Goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • Other legally regulated exceptions.

Notes on Returns

To enable a quick processing of your return, we ask you to return the goods, if possible:

  • unworn,

  • unwashed,

  • free of odors,

  • with all original labels,

  • and in the original packaging if possible.

    These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable Austrian and European regulations.

2. Requirements for Returns

To ensure that a return can be processed smoothly, we ask that the goods:

  • are unworn,

  • are unwashed,

  • are free of signs of wear,

  • are free of perfume, smoke, or sweat odors,

  • contain all original labels,

  • are returned in the original packaging if possible.

    Use of the goods beyond inspecting them may lead to a statutory obligation to provide compensation for value.

3. Return Costs

Unless there is a statutory warranty case or a defect for which Skynclothing e.U. is responsible, the customer bears the direct costs of the return.

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately at:

Please include the following information if possible:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photos

    After verification, we will take care of a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you via e-mail about the receipt and further processing.

If a refund is issued, it will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise required by law.

Depending on the payment service provider, processing may take several business days.

6. Exchange

Direct exchanges are currently not offered.

If you would like a different size or color, we ask that you place a new order.

7. Exclusion of Returns

As far as permitted by law, returns may be excluded, in particular for:

  • custom-made products,

  • personalized items,

  • sealed goods for hygienic reasons after removal of the seal,

  • other legally regulated exceptions.
