Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Skynclothing e.U.

Below you will find information regarding our shipping, delivery times, and international shipments.

1. Shipping Destinations

Skynclothing e.U. currently ships to:

  • Austria

  • Member states of the European Union

  • Selected European non-EU countries

  • Canada

  • United States of America

  • United Arab Emirates

Additional countries may be added in the future.

2. Processing Time

Every order is carefully checked, packed, and prepared for shipment.

The standard processing time is typically:

1–3 business days

During product launches, special promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended accordingly.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once handed over to the shipping carrier, the following delivery times generally apply:

  • Austria: 2–4 business days

  • European Union Member States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe (Non-EU): 5–12 business days

  • Canada, United States of America, and United Arab Emirates: 7–14 business days

The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the checkout process before the order is finalized.

We may offer free shipping above a certain order value. The current applicable terms will be published in our online shop.

5. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or other official charges may apply.

These costs are generally to be borne by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Skynclothing e.U. has no influence on the amount of these fees.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

If available, this will include a tracking number, which allows you to monitor the status of your order at any time.

7. Delivery Delays

Should a delivery be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, official measures, or delays caused by the shipping carrier), Skynclothing e.U. assumes no liability for such delays.

We will, of course, inform our customers of any significant delays known to us.

8. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect, and is returned to Skynclothing e.U., we reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs of re-shipping.

Shipping costs already incurred will generally not be refunded, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Damaged Shipments

Should your order arrive damaged, we kindly ask you to:

  • Check the packaging as soon as possible after receipt,

  • Document obvious transport damage directly with the delivery driver if possible,

  • Contact us immediately at office@skyn-clothing.com,

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged goods.

This facilitates a swift processing of your request. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
